Why not have your child snuggle up with something as unique as them? The Bungalow Kids Kantha quilts are hand made in Jaipur, India and are perfect for a twin bed or as a throw blanket. Each quilt is made by hand so it will have unique stitches and perhaps a slight flaw or two. The quilts are constructed by sewing layers of cloth together using a Kantha or running stitch that is visible throughout the blanket, with one side a solid color and the reverse side white fabric. These are pretty lightweight quilts and measure 60” wide x 88” long. The care instructions are recommended spot or dry clean only (we put it in the wash and it seemed fine but due to the hand stitching they can get holes where the stitches are if they are machine washed often). They are custom dyed to closely match our Bungalow Kids headboards and slipcovers, so feel free to mix and match. Also, don’t forget that we have a matching doll/stuffed animal sized quilt to match this one.
This is a Bungalow Kids exclusive, we brought it in from Jaipur ourselves since we loved it so much!
